释义	法律分析：不管劳动合同的具体内容为何，都只能约定一次试用期。对于违法约定试用期的，用人单位可能面临承担以下两项风险：一是被劳动行政部门责令改正，二是支付赔偿金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十九条同一用人单位与同一劳动者只能约定一次试用期。也就是说，用人单位与劳动者曾经约定过试用期，重新签订或者续订劳动合同的，不得再约定试用期。
