问题	现行刑法对故意提供不合格武器装备、军事设施罪立案是怎么规定的?
释义	明知是不合格的武器装备、军事设施而提供给武装部队，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉：（一）造成人员轻伤以上的；（二）造成直接经济损失十万元以上的；（三）提供不合格的枪支三支以上、子弹一百发以上、雷管五百枚以上、炸药五千克以上或者其他重要武器装备、军事设施的；（四）影响作战、演习、抢险救灾等重大任务完成的；（五）发生在战时的；（六）其他故意提供不合格武器装备、军事设施应予追究刑事责任的情形。法律依据《最高人民检察院、公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定(一)》第87条
