释义	法律分析：录音可以作为证据的一种，如果具备证据条件是具有证据效力的。承诺属于诺允合同，只要其诺允事项不违反法律法规与公序良俗，承诺事项（责任义务）双方认可，是有效的。但要是违反了法律法规、公序良俗或一般常理，在承诺人不履行时，这种承诺则是无效的诺允合同。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第二十二条调查人员调查收集计算机数据或者录音、录像等视听资料的，应当要求被调查人提供有关资料的原始载体。提供原始载体确有困难的，可以提供复制件。
