释义	法律分析：合同履行能力是指合同当事人在客观上是否具备完全履行合同义务的条件，不包括合同当事人主观上的不愿、不想履行合同义务的情况。合同履行能力因合同标的的不同而有不同的认定标准，对以给付标的物为标的的合同，应重点考察合同主体的经济状况和发展前景。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零九条当事人应当按照约定全面履行自己的义务。当事人应当遵循诚信原则，根据合同的性质、目的和交易习惯履行通知、协助、保密等义务。当事人在履行合同过程中，应当避免浪费资源、污染环境和破坏生态。
