释义	法律分析: 员工的工资是应该正常发放，不应该被克扣，但是如果没有提前申请离职，给单位造成了损失，也是应该承担赔偿责任的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。第三十一条劳动者解除劳动合同，应当提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
