释义	财产所有权的变更，是指所有权的权利主体、内容和客体发生改变的情形。所有权何时从原所有人手中转移到新的所有人手中，直接关系到新旧权利主体的合法权益和所有权关系的稳定，因此法律对所有权的移转作了相应的规定。动产所有权依交付而移转不动产所有权的移转则必须经过登记或办理一定的法律手续。在通过合同变更所有权时，所有权的移转可以由双方当事人约定，但是这种约定不得违反法律的强行性规定。
