释义	法律分析：企业被吊销营业执照后签订的合同是无效的。企业被吊销营业执照后企业法人已经不具有相应的缔约能力。法律依据：《国家工商行政管理局关于企业登记管理若干问题的执行意见》第十条企业被吊销营业执照的，其法人资格或经营资格终止。其中，公司被依法吊销《企业法人营业执照》的，由股东组织清算组清算；非公司企业法人被吊销《企业法人营业执照》的，由主办单位、投资人或清算组织负责清算。工商行政管理机关对被吊销的企业不负责清算，但应当在处罚决定书或吊销公告中载明清算责任人。
