释义	法律分析：民事诉讼案件的审理期限有两种，一是适用简易程序审理，3个月，二是适用普通程序审理，6个月。立案一年没有开庭审理，如果没有裁定中止审理，就一定超过了审理期限，是违反民事诉讼法的规定的。当事人可以向法院院长或者上一级法院投诉，要求说明原因，尽快审结，处理案件承办人员。法律依据：《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第四十一条仲裁委员会应当在仲裁规则规定的期限内将开庭日期通知双方当事人。当事人有正当理由的，可以在仲裁规则规定的期限内请求延期开庭。是否延期，由仲裁庭决定。
