释义	欠信用卡一万多会被起诉。只要信用卡有欠款就会被提起民事起诉。而对于恶意透支数额在一万元以上的，会被提起刑事诉讼，追究刑事责任。恶意透支是指持卡人以非法占有为目的，超过规定限额或者规定期限透支，并且经发卡银行两次催收后超过三个月仍不归还的行为。信用卡恶意透支的后果： 1、产生不良信用记录； 2、产生利息：日利息按0．05计算，从消费记账日起息； 3、产生滞纳金：按最低还款额未还部分的5％收取滞纳金，按月计收； 4、银行会起诉； 5、自还清欠款日起5年内无法在银行办理信贷类业务。
