释义	借款合同适用不安抗辩权。借款合同是有不安抗辩权的，当出借人给付借款前，发现借款人有经营状况严重恶化等情形造成无法履行借款合同的，就可以行使不安抗辩权。不安抗辩权，是指在有先后履行顺序的双务合同中，应先履行义务的一方有确切证据证明对方当事人难以给付之时，在对方当事人未履行或未为合同履行提供担保之前，有暂时中止履行合同的权利。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百二十七条、第五百二十八条
