债权人作出债务免除决定后能后悔撤销吗？

法律分析：
不可以。免除是指债权人抛弃债权，从而消灭合同关系及其他债权关系的单方行为。免除债务发生绝对消灭的效力，债权人免除债务人部分债务的，被免除债务与债的关系消灭;债权人免除全部债务的，债的关系全部消灭。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百七十五条 借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还;贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。
