子女有义务赡养后妈后爸吗

法律分析:
没有形成抚养关系的子女没有义务赡养后妈后爸。继父或继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利和义务，适用《民法典》对父母子女关系的有关规定。由于继子女和继父母之间并不构成抚养与被抚养的关系，所以继子女并无赡养继父母的法律责任。
法律依据:《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十二条
继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。
继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
