释义	法律分析：逮捕通知书只是一种告知程序或司法机关的告知义务，并没有要求必须要本人签字，由其它近亲属、居委会或所在单位负责人签字一样符合办案程序。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百三十八条接到人民检察院批准逮捕决定书后，应当由县级以上公安机关负责人签发逮捕证，立即执行；并将执行回执送达作出批准逮捕决定的人民检察院。如果未能执行，也应当将回执送达人民检察院，并写明未能执行的原因。
