兼职提前离职扣工资合法吗?

法律分析:
不合法的。
1、只要是正常提出辞职并离职的,雇佣单位就不可以扣押员工工资,在离职当天就应当结清所有的劳动报酬2、如果单位不是在离职当天结清所有的劳动报酬,劳动者可以到劳动监察部门投诉。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第七十一条 非全日制用工双方当事人任何一方都可以随时通知对方终止用工。终止用工,用人单位不向劳动者支付经济补偿。法律赋予非全日制用工的劳动者和用人单位双方任意解除权,但终止用工应该通知另一方。通知可以采用书面形式,也可以采用口头形式。
