释义	法律分析：医疗事故鉴定又叫医疗事故技术鉴定，指法定鉴定组织(医学会)按照法定程序受理、调查、组织专家鉴定组、分析讨论、表决、得出专门性结论、出具医疗事故鉴定书的活动。按照《医疗事故处理条例》的规定对一次鉴定结论不服的可以在15日内向卫生行政部门申请再次鉴定。从诉讼的角度考虑，患方多数没有必要申请再次鉴定。法律依据：《医疗事故处理条例》第二十二条当事人对首次医疗事故技术鉴定结论不服的，可以自收到首次鉴定结论之日起15日内向医疗机构所在地卫生行政部门提出再次鉴定的申请。
