特殊门诊要回当地申请么

特殊门诊可以回参保地办理，也可以异地办理。特殊门诊是指符合规定大病、慢性病，在门诊治疗也可以按照住院那种报销，因为医保只报销住院费用的，但是一些大病和慢病，不一定需要住院，在门诊也可以做治疗，所以才有特殊门诊。

《中华人民共和国社会保险法》
第二十八条
符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
