释义	法律分析：用人单位不能以债权折抵员工工资，必须用法定货币支付。用人单位应将工资支付给劳动者本人，劳动者本人因故不能领取工资时，可由其亲属或委托他人代领。工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付，如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。《工资支付暂行规定》第五条工资应当以法定货币支付。不得以实物及有价证券替代货币支付。
