释义	法律分析：无权处分他人财产，经权利人追认或者无处分权的人订立合同后取得处分权时，合同自始有效。行为人未取得处分权，权利人又不追认的，合同无效。但该无效不得对抗善意第三人，因而，在第三人为善意时，构成善意取得，照样取得处分物的所有权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百九十七条因出卖人未取得处分权致使标的物所有权不能转移的，买受人可以解除合同并请求出卖人承担违约责任。法律、行政法规禁止或者限制转让的标的物，依照其规定。
