释义	报警后私了不会自动撤案，只有案件不符合立案条件时，案件才会被撤销。公安机关、国家安全机关和人民检察院对已经立案的案件，经过侦查认为不构成犯罪，或者依法不应当追究刑事责任时，应当作出撤销案件的决定，标志此案已不成立。被告人已被逮捕的，应当立即释放，发给释放证明。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百六十三条，在侦查过程中，发现不应对犯罪嫌疑人追究刑事责任的，应当撤销案件；犯罪嫌疑人已被逮捕的，应当立即释放，发给释放证明，并且通知原批准逮捕的人民检察院。
