重婚罪与婚外情的区别是什么
释义
（1）重婚是要负刑事责任的，但是婚外情却不需要负相应的刑事责任。（2）婚外恋是违背传统道德观念，违背社会公德的。有婚外情，不一定构成重婚。（3）行为人提供虚假的婚姻证明，骗取结婚证，这时非法的婚姻关系即告成立。法律重婚行为可能引起不法婚姻关系一直持续，但重婚行为并不以非法同居的行为或后果作为其成立的要件，非法同居仅是重婚行为所导致的不法婚姻状态的客观表现形式。
