释义	法律分析：在被逼迫情况写下的欠条没有法律效力，但法院在审理过程中，要看对方是否能举证证明确实欠条是在被逼迫的情况下写的。对于呈交给法院的证据，法官会辨别真伪，在这个过程中，除了对证据本身的检验外，法官的主官判断也是决定判决的重要因素，也就是自由心证。自由心证，是指证据的取舍和证明力的大小，法律预先不作规定，而由法官、陪审员根据内心确信进行自由判断，形成确认。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十四条，无民事行为能力人实施的民事法律行为无效。
