释义	驾照扣分会从下一记分周期开始清零。法律依据：根据《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十五条规定道路交通安全违法行为累积记分周期（即记分周期）为12个月，满分为12分，从机动车驾驶证初次领取之日起计算。依据道路交通安全违法行为的严重程度，一次记分的分值为：12分、6分、3分、2分、1分五种。第六十九条规定机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内记分未达到12分，所处罚款已经缴纳的，记分予以清除；记分虽未达到12分，但尚有罚款未缴纳的，记分转入下一记分周期。
