释义	法律分析：未申报个人所得税的后果是：纳税人、扣缴义务人在规定的期限内不缴，或者少缴应缴的税款，逾期不缴的，税务机关除了可以采取强制执行措施外，还可以依照法律的规定，对没有缴纳或者少缴税款的，判处罚款额百分之五十以上五倍以下的罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第六十七条以暴力、威胁方法拒不缴纳税款的，是抗税，除由税务机关追缴其拒缴的税款、滞纳金外，依法追究刑事责任。情节轻微，未构成犯罪的，由税务机关追缴其拒缴的税款、滞纳金，并处拒缴税款一倍以上五倍以下的罚款。
