释义	设立融资性担保公司，应当具备下列条件：(一)有符合《中华人民共和国公司法》规定的章程。(二)有具备持续出资能力的股东。(三)有符合本办法规定的注册资本。(四)有符合任职资格的董事、监事、高级管理人员和合格的从业人员。(五)有健全的组织机构、内部控制和风险管理制度。(六)有符合要求的营业场所。(七)监管部门规定的其他审慎性条件。董事、监事、高级管理人员和从业人员的资格管理办法由融资性担保业务监管部际联席会议另行制定。
