释义	法律分析: 可以。除了社会公益性质的赠予不允许享有任意撤销权外，一般来说赠与人是可以任意撤销赠与行为的，不过在赠予合同中明确约定放弃任意撤销权则受到合同的约束，需履行合同约定。当事人将财产无偿送给他人，就是赠予，一般来说赠与人享有任有任意撤销权，即在双方财产转移发生前可以撤销赠予。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同,不适用前款规定。
