释义	法律分析：（一）意思表示真实。意思表示不真实，对合同效力的影响应视具体情况而定。在一般误解等情况下，合同仍为有效。（二）不违反法律或者社会公共利益。（三）合同标的须确定和可能。（四）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力。限制行为能力人和无民事行为能力人不得亲自缔约，由其法定代理人代为签订。法律依据：根据《民法典》第143条规定：具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
