释义	没签劳动合同可以要求双倍薪资。如果用人单位没和劳动者签合同，劳动者的合法权益受到侵犯，那么就应该得到双倍薪资的补偿，劳动合同法规章，用人单位自用工之日起超过一个月不满一年未与劳动者订立书面劳动合同的，应当向劳动者每月支付二倍的薪资。用人单位没有与劳动者签订书面劳动合同的，自用工第二个月起需要支付劳动者双倍薪资，支付的期限最长不得超过11个月。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第八十二条  用人单位自用工之日起超过一个月不满一年未与劳动者订立书面劳动合同的，应当向劳动者每月支付二倍的薪资。
