释义	被执行人拒绝接收法院执行通知不影响执行的进行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百四十条执行员接到申请执行书或者移交执行书，应当向被执行人发出执行通知。发出执行通知是法律规定的程序，被执行人拒绝接收的，人民法院执行员可以邀请有关基层组织或者所在单位的代表到场，说明情况，在送达回证上记明拒收事由和日期，由送达人、见证人签名或者盖章，把诉讼文书留在受送达人的住所；也可以把诉讼文书留在受送达人的住所，并采用拍照、录像等方式记录送达过程，即视为送达。
