租赁期间，使用租赁物获得的收益归谁
释义
无其他约定的归承租人。除当事人另有约定外，在租赁期间因占有、使用租赁物获得的收益，归承租人所有。这是由租赁合同的性质决定的。租赁合同是出租人将租赁物交付承租人占有、使用、收益，承租人支付租金的合同。因此，在租赁期间，使用租赁物获得的收益，有约定的按照约定，没有约定的，归承租人。【法条依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百二十条 在租赁期限内因占有、使用租赁物获得的收益，归承租人所有，但是当事人另有约定的除外。
