释义	律师解答： 1、自然人犯本条所定之罪，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处抽逃出资金额百分之二以上百分之七以下罚金。2、单位犯本罪的、对单位判处罚金、并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二百条公司的发起人、股东在公司成立后，抽逃其出资的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以所抽逃出资金额百分之五以上百分之十五以下的罚款。
