释义	法律分析: 在单位请病假有工资，按劳动合同约定或者集体合同约定支付。病假工资可以低于当地最低工资标准支付，但不能低于最低工资标准的80％。用人单位根据劳动者实际参加工作年限和在本单位工作年限，给予三个月到二十四个月的病假期限。《企业职工患病或非因工负伤医疗期规定》第五条企业职工在医疗期内，其病假工资、疾病救济费和医疗待遇按照有关规定执行。
