释义	律师解答：有时间限制。不服社区的市级劳动能力鉴定委员会初次鉴定结论，向省级劳动能力鉴定委员会申请再次鉴定，应当在收到初次鉴定结论之日起15日内申请，省级劳动能力鉴定委员会在60日内作出鉴定结论，最长不超过90日。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国工伤职工劳动能力鉴定管理办法》第九条劳动能力鉴定委员会收到劳动能力鉴定申请后，应当及时对申请人提交的材料进行审核；申请人提供材料不完整的，劳动能力鉴定委员会应当自收到劳动能力鉴定申请之日起5个工作日内一次性书面告知申请人需要补正的全部材料。
