问题	父母不养子女,子女还得赡养父母么
释义	父母没有抚养子女的，子女依法仍需要赡养其父母。法律规定赡养老人是子女的法定义务，赡养人不得以父母没有抚养教育子女为由，拒绝履行赡养义务。若是子女未尽赡养义务的，父母可以以子女为被告向法院提起诉讼。【【法律依据】】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
