释义	迟于届满前一年提出续期申请，经批准准予续期的，应当重新签订土地使用权出让合同，依照规定支付土地使用权出让金，并办理登记。《中华人民共和国城镇国有土地使用权出让和转让暂行条例》第十二条，土地使用权出让最高年限按下列用途确定：(一)居住用地七十年；(二)工业用地五十年；(三)教育、科技、文化、卫生、体育用地五十年；(四)商业、旅游、娱乐用地四十年；(五)综合或者其他用地五十年。
