释义	法律分析：劳动合同到期后是可以立即走人。劳动合同到期,是自然终止劳动合同,不是解除劳动合同,只要合同中没有约定需要劳动者提前告知,劳动者就没有提前三十日通知用工单位的义务。如果单位不办理离职手续违法,你可以向劳动部门申诉维权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
