释义	法院判决离婚后不需要办离婚证。法院判决离婚后会邮寄一份判决书到所在地民政局，民政局收到人民法院婚姻的判决书副本后，应当将该判决书副本收入当事人的婚姻登记档案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十八条婚姻登记机关查明双方确实是自愿离婚，并已经对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的，予以登记，发给离婚证。《婚姻登记条例》第十六条婚姻登记机关收到人民法院宣告婚姻无效或者撤销婚姻的判决书副本后，应当将该判决书副本收入当事人的婚姻登记档案。
