释义	1、如果所收的彩礼由一方个人接收或购置结婚物品的，应根据我国《婚姻法》规定，夫妻关系存续期间一方受赠的财物无特殊约定，应为夫妻共同财产。2、如果男女双方未共同生活的，可根据最高院1993年《关于人民法院审理离婚案件处理财产分割问题的若干具体意见》第5条规定，考虑财产的来源予以合理分割。3、如果双方婚姻持续时间短，并且给予彩礼的一方由此造成生活困难的，可根据《关于人民法院审理离婚案件处理财产分割问题的若干具体意见》的第8条规定精神处理，分割共同财产时给予生活困难的一方适当倾斜。
