转委托的责任如何承担？

法律分析：
转委托需要经被代理人同意，原代理人事先没有取得被代理人同意的，应当在事后及时告诉被代理人，如果被代理人不同意，由代理人对自己所转托的人的行为负民事责任，但在紧急情况下，为了保护被代理人的利益而转托他人代理的除外。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第九百三十一条 委托人经受托人同意，可以在受托人之外委托第三人处理委托事务。因此造成受托人损失的，受托人可以向委托人请求赔偿损失。
