释义	法律分析：从拘留之时起计算刑事拘留的起算时间，期间的最后一日为节假日的，以节假日后的第一日为期间届满日期。但对于犯罪嫌疑人、被告人或者罪犯在押期间，应当至期间届满之日为止，不得因节假日而延长在押期限至节假日后的第一日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十六条公安机关对被拘留的人，应当在拘留后的二十四小时以内进行讯问。在发现不应当拘留的时候必须立即释放，发给释放证明。
