人死了可以起诉吗

法律分析：不可以。如果是债务问题，可以直接起诉配偶或者继承人偿还。因为继承人应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务，但是超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。人死亡，在法律上就意味着其享有的权利和承担的责任的终结，自然无法再追究其刑事责任。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第十五条规定犯罪嫌疑人、被告人死亡的，不追究刑事责任，已经追究的，应当撤销案件，或者不起诉。
