释义	腰椎横突L2.L3骨折同属于脊柱损伤，两处骨折只能用于判定伤情程度，并不能判定为两个伤情。如《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》规定椎骨骨折属于轻伤二级，横突骨折三处以上为轻伤一级。法律依据《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》5.9.3 轻伤一级b)一节椎体压缩骨折超过1/3以上；二节以上椎体骨折；三处以上横突、棘突或者椎弓骨折。 5.9.4 轻伤二级d)椎骨骨折或者脊椎脱位（尾椎脱位不影响功能的除外）；外伤性椎间盘突出。
