释义	法律分析：三个工作日不包括当天。三个工作日就是工作的三天，也就是指除去双休、节假日的工作日。如果遇到双休或者节假日，那么时间就应计算为（工作日+双休/节假日）。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十二条期间包括法定期间和人民法院指定的期间。期间以时、日、月、年计算。期间开始的时和日，不计算在期间内。期间届满的最后一日是节假日的，以节假日后的第一日为期间届满的日期。期间不包括在途时间，诉讼文书在期满前交邮的，不算过期。
