释义	连续犯存在犯罪中止。连续犯是指行为人基于一个概括的故意，反复实施了数个独立犯罪的行为，而触犯了同一罪名。这类犯罪，从形式上看虽有两个以上独立犯罪行为，但因其是出于一个概括的故意，因此，在刑法理论上将其作为裁判上的一罪，而不适用数罪并罚。连续犯在实施犯罪行为过程中就其中某一个犯罪行为而言是存在中止的可能的，但是整体而言对量刑的影响不会太大，因此行为人在犯罪过程中，自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效地防止犯罪结果发生的，就成立犯罪中止。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二十四条
