释义	法律分析：产假是指在职妇女产期前后的休假待遇，一般从分娩前半个月至产后两个半月，晚婚晚育者可前后长至四个月，女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。(中华人民共和国劳动法第六十二条)该条文没有对产检次数进行限制，即只要是正常必要的产检，都应该计入劳动时间。不能按病假、事假、产假、旷工等来算。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第六条怀孕女职工在劳动时间内进行产前检查，所需时间计入劳动时间。
