释义	法律分析：是违法的，一辆车最多只能使用三本驾照进行销分，并且销分时必须要出示被抓拍人的身份证。一旦发现代替他人扣分并谋取利益的情况，将被暂扣驾驶证6个月，并处1000-2000元罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十条伪造、隐匿、毁灭证据或者提供虚假证言、谎报案情，影响行政执法机关依法办案的，将处5日以上10日以下拘留，并处200元以上500元以下罚款。
