一、遇到网络诈骗怎么办
1、遇到网络诈骗应该及时报案，可以直接可以向案发地、诈骗行为实施地、诈骗结果发生地、嫌疑人住所地报案，就是你可以选择在你的所在地报案。如若你清楚犯罪嫌疑人在哪，也可以去其所在地报案，两地警方任何一方接到报案后均应受理。
2、法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十二条
【对立案材料的审查和处理 立案的条件】人民法院、人民检察院或者公安机关对于报案、控告、举报和自首的材料，应当按照管辖范围，迅速进行审查，认为有犯罪事实需要追究刑事责任的时候，应当立案；认为没有犯罪事实，或者犯罪事实显著轻微，不需要追究刑事责任的时候，不予立案，并且将不立案的原因通知控告人。控告人如果不服，可以申请复议。
第一百一十条
【立案的材料来源对立案材料的接受和处理】任何单位和个人发现有犯罪事实或者犯罪嫌疑人，有权利也有义务向公安机关、人民检察院或者人民法院报案或者举报。
二、诈骗如何报警求助
诈骗报警求助的步骤：
1、向犯罪地的公安机关进行报案；
2、提交证明诈骗事实发生的证据材料，如转账记录、聊天记录等；
3、公安机关对报案材料进行审查；
4、审查后认为有犯罪事实需要追究刑事责任的，应当立案。
