释义	丢货了公司就不发工资是不可以的。劳动者丢货造成用人单位经济损失，可以通过从劳动者本人的工资中扣除来补偿经济损失，但每月扣除的部分不得超过劳动者当月工资的20%。用人单位违法扣除劳动者工资，劳动者可以向劳动行政部门举报，由劳动行政部门责令用人单位支付。法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
