释义	法律主观：著作权和稿酬是两个概念，作品如果取得著作权，转让给别人使用，付给报酬，是类似专利费用的报酬。而稿酬一般都是出版机构给作者的劳动报酬，不包含著作权（版权），但是一般出版社为了避免法律纠纷，考虑利益问题，都会要求作者签订著作权转让协议，也就是稿件一经采用，著作权（版权）归出版社所有。因而，著作权也就没有相应的报酬。
