释义	法律分析：车辆停在路边被撞的，如果停车没有影响地其他车辆出行的，停车人不需要承担责任，如果有影响的，一般要承担次要责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第五十六条在道路上临时停车的，不得妨碍其他车辆和行人通行，司机临时停车应选择适合的地方，不得妨碍其他车辆和行人通行，停车后要开启警示车灯，并在车尾设置相应的警示标志，否则一旦发生交通事故，将承担相应的赔偿责任。机动车应当在规定地点停放。禁止在人行道上停放机动车是，依照本法第三十三条规定施划的停车泊位除外。
