释义	法律分析: 目前工商局注册资本实行的认缴制，也就是说在办理营业执照的时候，工商局不需要验资报告，而且注册资本大小和注册资本认缴期限都是由股东自行约定，只要在公司章程中载明就可以。所以，关于注册资本认缴期限的规定就是股东自己约定。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第二十六条有限责任公司的注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的全体股东认缴的出资额。法律、行政法规以及国务院决定对有限责任公司注册资本实缴、注册资本最低限额另有规定的，从其规定。
